Query for searching available specimens in a container

Example: Search for available specimens in storage

Steps:

  • Navigate to ‘Queries’ card.

  • Click on '+Create.'

  • Under ‘Specimen’ add the following filters:

    • Specimen >> Available Quantity Exists (Can also use condition Available Quantity > 0)

    • Specimen >> Container Details >> Container Name Exists (To search for specimens in specific container, you can use Container Name Equals <box name>)

  • You will get a list of all available & stored specimens when you click on ‘View Records’

  • To configure the columns, click on ‘Actions’ → ‘Columns.’ Select the columns you want to display and save the query including storage location details.
