Count of patients having 0.5 & 1 ml plasma across time points

In OpenSpecimen, you can create the different type of count-based query. With the help of this query, you can create the count of participants having Plasma with 0.5 and 1ml of quantity.

Steps:

1. Navigates to Home → Queries

2. Add a CP to “Select a Collection Protocol”

3. Also, add the specimen type and Available Quantity Filter (Shown below)

4. Click on View Records and Select The columns - PPID, Event Label, Visit Name, Specimen Label, and Available Quantity

   Open

   

    

5. Click on Next → Next → Go to Aggregates → Count PPIDs (Counting Participants with Plasma)

6. Click on Next → Select the below details in the Pivot Table as Record's Type → Click On Done
