Querying for Custom Forms/Fields associated with CP

The user can either add filters to the fields of the customs forms/fields or view them on the query result page by selecting the columns.

  • Consider a CP with a custom field attached at Specimen level

  • Navigate Queries

  • Select the CP in the collection protocol field. You can also apply filters to the form’s fields by searching the form name under Participant/Visit/Specimen, depending on its association. In this case, searching the field under specimen as the custom field is associated at specimen level.

  • To display the custom fields in the query result view, click on the ‘Columns’ button under the ‘Action’ tab and search for the form under the form’s respective associated level.

  • The custom fields can be seen in the default query view

  • Similar steps can be followed to view custom forms attached at Participant/Visit/Specimen level
