How can we use the support credits?

This page describes what kind of tasks the support credits can be or cannot be used.

Can be used:

  1. End-user questions/issues

  2. Technical questions/issues about application or database maintenance

  3. Application upgrades to the new version

  4. Database backup/restore

  5. Critical bug fixes and new patch releases

Cannot be used

  1. Legacy data migration

  2. Development of new features

  3. Integration with other databases or instruments

  4. Purchasing paid plugins

These tasks will be performed under a new SoW and will be charged based on the efforts involved.
