Technical questions/issues about application or database maintenance
Application upgrades to the new version
Database backup/restore
Critical bug fixes and new patch releases
Cannot be used
Legacy data migration
Development of new features
Integration with other databases or instruments
Purchasing paid plugins
These tasks will be performed under a new SoW and will be charged based on the efforts involved.
