How to handle pooled samples?

Pooled samples are samples collected/stored in different tubes and later on combined for processing or testing purposes. In OpenSpecimen, user can keep a track of such information in the specimen level custom fields.

Users can create a form to record the data for the pooled samples

This form can be attached at the specimen custom field level, so that the fields are displayed on the overview page like below
