OpenClinica/REDCap: Multiple events mapping error

Before v11, OpenSpecimen allowed 1 to many events mapping, i.e., 1 event of OpenSpecimen can be mapped to more than 1 event of REDCap/OpenClinica.

In an enhancement of v11, this feature is removed and only one to one mapping of event can be done.

For the existing studies/projects with such configuration/mapping, the synchronisation is not run. An error notification email is sent with the relevant details of why the sync was stopped or failed. The email contains the list of problematic collection protocol event names.

Solution: Create separate events in OpenSpecimen for each event od REDCap/OC and map it.

This approach ensures that data synchronization proceeds smoothly, aligning with the updated functionality of version 11 while maintaining data integrity and study continuity.
