How to resynchronise containers hierarchy table?

• Log in as a super administrator

• From Home page, navigate to REST API Invoker (Home → Extras → REST API Invoker)

• Choose the HTTP method as POST

• Type the API URL as http[s]://<host>:<port>/openspecimen/rest/ng/tools/resync-containers-hierarchy

• Leave the Body empty/blank

• Click on Send

On completion of the resync process, the super administrator will be notified by email.

Important Note: when the resync is in progress, DO NOT

• add new container, delete container or update a container location

• initiate another resync
