Container Transfer Report

From v10.x, OpenSpecimen supports generating a ‘Transfer Report’. This report contains details of movement of containers within one or more freezers based on CPs, date range etc. It includes details for transfer, check in/out, and archive for containers.

Report Criteria:
a) One or more top-level container/freezer names.
b) One or more collection protocols
c) Date range
d) Container types

Report details:
a) Name, barcode, and display name of the container being moved
b) Freezer name, barcode, and display name
c) Container type
d) Collection protocols
e) Transfer details

From the containers page, click on Export → Transfer Report
Select parameters → Generate
Note: if no parameter is selected, all containers in the system will be considered.
A CSV file will be downloaded and an email notification is sent with the link to download the report
