Handling SOPs
Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of Collection Protocols are a set of guidelines that users can follow for their daily data entry in OS.
Configuring SOPs:
The SOPs can be defined at 2 levels: CP-level and System-level
System-level SOPs are deprecated from v12.1
CP-level: Visible within the CPs:
Navigate to the CP Add/Edit page.
Add an SOP Document or SOP URL
Save the CP
System-level:
Navigate to System Settings → search for ‘SOP’
Add the SOP URL or upload the SOP Document
Viewing SOPs
Once configured, users can view SOPs from the CP’s Participant/Specimen List View:
Clicking ‘View SOP’ will open a new tab (of the SOP URL) or download the SOP Document.
