How to disable all records of a form?

Two options to disable form records:

Option 1

It is useful when the form is attached to single CP, and a user wishes to modify these records.

  1. Export all the form data using AQ.
  2. Export the form.
  3. Delete the form; this will delete all the records added for this form.
  4. Import the form and attach it to the respective level.
  5. Download a template and add the data exported from AQ in the template file.
  6. Import the data.

Option 2

It can be used when the form is attached to multiple CPs, and a user wishes to modify records for a single CP without affecting the records added for other CP.

  1. Export all the form data using AQ (including the 'Record ID' field).
  2. Run a bulk update to delete the form data by providing the 'Activity Status' as 'Disabled' for all the records. This will remove the data added for that form.
  3. Add the data exported from AQ in the template file.
  4. Import the data.
