How to do CSV import for checkbox fields?

Using bulk import, data can be imported using CSV files under custom forms as well. If the custom form has a 'Single checkbox' field, the value in the form import CSV should be either 1 or 0. If 1 is specified, the checkbox is checked and vice versa.
