1. Navigate to Collection Protocol → Click on 'Add Participant' button

2. Enter the data and click on 'Add participant' button

1. Navigate to the participant overview page

2. Click on ‘More' button and click on 'Add to Another CP’ button
   
   

3. Select the CP to which the participant is to be registered to and click on 'Proceed'
   
   

    

4. Click on 'Add Participant'
   
   

The participant will be registered to the new study and the study name will be visible in the ‘Other Registered Protocols’ section.

Also, a participant can be registered to another protocol using following three fields

1. SSN/NID

2. eMPI

3. MRN

Steps to add participant to another protocol

1. While adding participant, enter the same SSN as entered for participant of another CP and click on ‘Add participant’

2. From matching participant page, click again on ‘Add participant’

3. The participant will be registered to the new study and the study name will be visible in the ‘Other Registered Protocols’ section.
