Lock/Unlock consent response

From version 9.1, users can lock the consent responses so that they cannot be edited. It's additional security to the collected consent.

How to update the Role for lock and unlocking consent?

Users with consent lock rights can lock the consent response, and those with unlocking privileges can unlock the response.

Navigate to Home--> Roles, Update the Lock, Unlock privilege for the selected Role, and assign that to the particular user. (Refer to the wiki for setting the Role to the user)

How to lock and unlock the Consent Response?

  1. Log in with the user who has consent lock unlock access

  2. Go to any participant who has a consent response collected

  3. You can lock and unlock the consent response as highlighted in above screen.

 

How to enabled auto lock?

If user enabled the below settings, OpenSpecimen will automatically lock the consent response immidiatly after signed.

  1. Go to Home → Settings

  2. Search for “Auto Lock Consent Responses" and enabled it
