Configure users to receive the print consent documents

From version v10.1.RC3, Implemented a system setting to allow users to specify a list of email IDs separated by comma.

These will be the email IDs of the relevant staff/authorities who are responsible for cataloging the participant consents for regulatory audit purposes.

 

How the below system setting works:

Whenever a participant (via surveys) or OpenSpecimen user (on behalf of the participant) fills the consent document/form, a PDF copy of the form will be sent to the email IDs specified in the system settings below.

How to configure the email ID’s:

  1. Go to the Home → Settings

  2. Search for 'Consent Response Notification'

  3. Add the email IDs (comma separated)

User needs to update the 'Consent Document Print Template' and Consent Documents as attached.
