Search Forms

On the ‘Forms’ list page, you can search the form based upon the following filters:

• Form name

• Collection Protocol to which the form has been attached.

• The level at which the form has been attached (e.g., Participant Forms, Registration Custom Fields, Specimen Custom Fields, etc.)

This allows effective searching, as you can view all the forms attached to single/multiple protocols at a particular level. For instance, you need a list of forms attached at the ‘Registration Custom Fields’ level for specific protocols.
