Enter Data in Form
Data entry can be done by any user who has access to the collection protocol—for example, technicians, supervisors, and so on.
Participant Level Forms
You can enter the data in the forms attached at the 'Participant' level or 'Registration' level. The Participant level form will appear in all the CPs to which the participant is registered. The 'Registration' level form will appear only for the participants of specific CPs to which form is attached.
Go to the 'Collection Protocol' list page and click on the desired protocol.
Select the participant whose form responses have to be added.
Click on the 'Forms' icon from the left side menu.
Select any form by clicking ‘+Add’.
Enter the data in the form, and click on the 'Save' button.
On clicking the 'Save and Next' button from the data entry page, you will be taken to the next form in the list.
Visit Level Forms
You can enter the data in a form attached at the ‘Visit Level’.
Go to the overview page of any visit and click ‘Forms’ on the left side menu.
Select any form from the left side forms list and enter data.
Click ‘Save’.
Specimen Level Forms
Go to the overview page of any specimen.
Click on the 'Forms' icon from the left side menu.
Select any form by clicking ‘+Add’. Enter data in the form.
Click 'Save'.
