Introduction 

The custom SGH data entry plugin is aimed to save end-user's time during data entry. The plugin will be very specific to SGH workflow, save the number of pages and clicks end users have to go through to complete data entry.

Enhancement1: Plugin for unplanned collection

Step1: Generate TRIDs for unplanned collection

Step 2: Search for existing participant by NRIC using quick search. 

Step 3: If no match, register new

Step 4a: Select unplanned collection protocol

Single page: Register participant, collect primary samples and enter frozen event/check in check out event

1. TRID: Dropdown of TRIDs generated and not yet used

2. The visit date entered should be copied over to collection and received date

3. Show list of primary specimens based on protocol

4. Once user submits - Participant, visit and primary specimens are created with the information provided

Step 4: Child specimen collection and storage

Barcode friendly: Should be able to scan barcode and move to next child selected for collection

Step 5: Bulk events: Embedded & Checkin/Checkout events for tissues

Step 4b: Reuse existing participant

If there is existing participant in same study, repeat visit and collect specimens.

If there is existing participant in different study, reuse the participant by using 'Register to another protocol' and collect specimens.
