Start Workflow Batch

Introduction
There are multiple ways to start a workflow batch. All the options are given below:
Scan Participant Indentifier
We can start a workflow by scanning participants’ identifiers such as eMPI (v11.2), PPID or External Subj ID.
Navigate to the workflow module → Click on the 'Workflows' button on top.
Choose the workflow that allows participant input → Click on the '+Create' button.
By default, OS allows scanning of PPID to start a workflow batch. Alternatively, the user can choose either External Subj ID or eMPI as another option.
The eMPI option is only visible to users with PHI access.
If the participant is registered in multiple CPs, the scanning eMPI pulled participants from all CPs. Users can remove unwanted participants before starting the batch.
