Create survey reports - Query Module

From version v8.0, OpenSpecimen supports the dynamic report creation for surveys using the built-in query module. In the current version, it is possible to add/remove the columns from the report; you can create the reports as a list of invitations sent to patients below 18 years.

What type of reports supported?

  1. Count based reports

  2. List reports

  3. Pivot table reports, etc.

How to create the query report for the survey?

You can create the reports, same as you can create the query for participants, visits, specimens, and other OpenSpecimen objects from the query module. Below are the steps to access the survey report fields.

  1. Go to the query module.

  2. Select the Collection Protocol for which you want to create the reports.

  3. Search the survey fields in 'Participant' as below

4. Add the filter based on your report requirement and click on ‘View Records.’

5. Go to the Actions → Columns, select the fields you want in your report as below.

Note: If you want to create the count-based/Pivot table report, click on Next and follow the wiki page's instruction.

6. Click on 'Done' and check your report.

7. You can Export the query report by clicking on the Action → Export
