Consent Data Entry

Once you register the participant, you can collect responses to the consent documents you created as below.

1. Register the participant

2. Click on the Consents tab.

   Open

   

    

3. Click on the '+' sign to select the consent document to fill in the information.

   Open

   

    

4. Select the particular consent form and fill in all the information needed and click on Save

   Open

   

    

5. View the consent form you filled by clicking on it.
