Create one or more institute

Create Sites

Under each institute create one or more sites

E.g.:

1. Children's hospital: Collection site type

2. Tumor bank: Repository type

Create a Super Admin user and reset password

• Log in as a super admin and create another super admin user

• Reset password for the new user. Login with the new credentials.

Create Site Admin

with forms privilege

Create a site administrator of the specific site.

Sign up user and approve

• Sign up as a new user

• Approve the user

• Assign user as tissue banker of one site and technician of another site on a specific protocol.

Edit user

• Go to the users' list page, search for a user created above.

• Edit user details like name and address

Lock user

• Go to the users' list page, search for a user created above

• Lock the user and login with the locked user. It should give error and not allow to login

Delete user

Create a test user account and delete the user
