Upgrading to v11.x+

From v11.x onwards, significant changes have been made to the user interface (UI) for biospecimen data entry. Therefore, customers should thoroughly check that all their previous data entry scenarios are working correctly before upgrading the production environment.

Krishagni will assign a dedicated Project Manager who will answer your questions, conduct training meetings, resolve any issues, etc.
