A collection protocol contains a set of guidelines that delineate what, how, and when the biospecimens are to be collected.

In openSpecimen application you can create/update Collection Protocols though user interface. 

Goals for CP API

1. Easy way to Add / Edit / Delete CPs though user interface
2. Should be able to set of CPs without any performance issues
