This problem is noticed when application URL is not configured in system settings. To configure application URL, follow below steps:

  • Sign-in as super admin user
  • Navigate to Settings → Common. This should present view as in below image



  • Click on "Application URL" setting. A form as in below image should be presented:



  • Input the URL that you use to access OpenSpecimen and click on Update button. Everything that appears before # symbol needs to be copied and pasted in text box.


 


On successful configuration, perform an action like export query records that triggers an email containing URL. Verify URL is correctly formed.
