This problem is noticed when the application URL is not configured in system settings. To configure the application URL, follow the below steps:
- Sign-in as a super admin user
- Navigate to Settings → Common. This should present a view as in the below image.
- Click on the "Application URL" setting. A form as in below image should be presented:
- Input the URL that you use to access OpenSpecimen and click on the Update button. Everything that appears before the # symbol needs to be copied and pasted in the text box.
On successful configuration, act on like export query records that trigger an email containing URL. Verify URL is correctly formed.
