This page describes for what kind of tasks the support credits can be or cannot be used.

Can be used:

  1. End user questions/issues

  2. Technical questions/issues about application or database maintenance

  3. Application upgrades to new version

  4. Database backup/restore

  5. Critical bug fixes and new patch releases

Cannot be used

  1. Legacy data migration

  2. Development of new features

  3. Integration with other databases or instruments

  4. Purchasing paid plugins

These tasks will be performed under a new SoW and will be charged based on the efforts involved
