Prerequisites
Install the Google Authenticator app on your mobile phone.
Download and install the app on your Android device or on your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch.- You need to be a verified OpenSpecimen user.
- You secret code would have been emailed to you. If not, regenerate the code or ask your administrator to resend it.
Procedure - First time user
- Open the Google Authenticator app on your phone.
<AT: attach screenshot of how it looks> - Enter the secret key you received from OpenSpecimen
<AT: attach screenshot of manually entering the secret key> - Google authenticator app will now show you the One-Time Password (OTP).
- Goto OpenSpecimen login screen. Enter this OTP along with rest of the login information.
- You should be able to successfully login.
