Query currently checked-out samples

Using the query module, you can create a query to fetch the details of the last checked out event, i.e. search for currently checked-out samples

Follow the below-mentioned steps:

1. Navigate to Query → Create

2. Click on the Specimen form and under the ‘Checkout Details’ section

3. Select the field,  ‘Container Name’ and add the filter as ‘Exists’

Open

4. Click on ‘View Records’

Open

5. Click on ‘Actions’ → ‘Columns’ to configure the columns.

6. Select the fields under the ‘Checkout Details’ section to view the details of the current checked out samples.

7. This will display all the currently checked-out samples
