As of now, there is no way to move samples from one visit to another from UI. 
Please follow below steps to move the samples across collection protocols(CP1->CP2):

  • Register the participant to CP2 using 'Add to another protocol' on participant overview page if you want to reuse the participant across CPs.
  • Delete the visit(that needs to be moved) from CP1
  • Under the participant of CP2, recreate the visit. 
  • Create the samples and form records that need to be moved
