There is no easy option on the user interface to delink participants registered to 2 CPs. One needs to recreate these participants as new and delete the linked one.

For example, the participant with PPID 10102

  1. Export the participant data using export feature

  2. Rename the older one to PPID_old

  3. Create a new one using the exported file

  4. Move visits from old participant to new

  • No labels
