When user does a search using OpenSpecimen query interface, the results returned might be very large based on the filters used. Showing everything on UI is of not much use to user and might take longer. Often such searches are done to export the data so that the data can be analyzed offline. With this in mind, OpenSpecimen shows only subset(10,000) if number of records returned is more than 10,000. User can export the whole data set.
