Biospecimen Module
The collection protocol module user interface is modified in VueJS
The left panel on the participant/visit/specimen pages is now removed.

Show Workflows only to which users have access (depending on the user group configured in the tasks)
Support to bulk edit specimen forms in the workflow task
The left panel of the workflow tasks is removed and shown on demand when the user clicks on the progress bar on the right corner of the page.
