Introduction

The workflow for data entry is accessible to users based on the following conditions:

If the user group is not defined in a workflow, then anyone can access the workflow and perform data entry.

Can access all the workflows available in the system.

Can access the batches and perform data entry.

Institute Admin / Regular

Yes

By default, the institute admin can access all the workflows created by the user of the same institute.
They can also access workflows created by users of another institute if they are included in the user group.

If the user is included in the user group, he/she can access batches and perform data entry. Otherwise, they cannot.

This applies universally, regardless of whether the workflow was created by a user from the same or a different institute.

Workflow and Batch Access
