User can add/update values for the fields of custom form attached to the 'Visit' level for all CPs or specific CPs in bulk through bulk operation, follow below steps to add/update values in bulk:

  1. Go to participants list page of the collection protocol whose visits custom form values has to be added/updated
  2. Click on 'More' button and select option 'Import'
  3. Select desired form, E.g. 'Base Haematology Pathology Annotation Form' from 'Select Record Type' visits's dropdown and click on 'Download Template File' to download the template file
  4. Enter all valid data in the template file as mentioned in the below table
  5. Upload the filled template file in 'Input Records File' field, select 'Import Type' as 'Create' to add or 'Update' to update values of the custom forms
  6. Click on 'Validate and Import' button
  7. Refer 'Import status' to check the status of import job
