Krishagni provides cloud hosting services to Amazon Web Services (AWS) customers. The AWS data center location is decided based on the customer’s country.

SOC2 Certification

SOC 2 is a voluntary compliance standard for service organizations, developed by the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA), which specifies how organizations manage customer data. The standard is based on the following Trust Services Criteria: security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, privacy.

Two Factor Authentication

Local OpenSpecimen user accounts are 2FA enabled. Users can use any app like Google Authenticator, Duo, Microsoft Authenticator, etc.

Data Backup

Data is backed-up every night and retained for 7 days.

Data Handover Termination

If and when the contract is terminated, Krishagni will hand over all the data to the customer and destroy all VMs storing customer-specific data.

API Access

OpenSpecimen supports REST APIs over HTTPS. The API users can access the APIs using a URL, user name, and password. API access can be restricted to originate from specific IP address or range.
