Steps to import CSV

  1. From the navigation menu or ‘Home’ page, go to ‘Arrays’.

  2. Click on ‘Import’ > ‘Arrays’.

  3. Select the file to upload. The default data entry template can be downloaded using ‘Download Template’.

  4. Choose the ‘Create’ import type for creating new records and choose ‘Update’ for updating the existing ones.

  5. Input the date-time format. This should match with the ‘Creation Date’ column date format that has been used in the CSV.

  6. Choose the ‘Field Separator’. Valid values are ‘comma’ and ‘semicolon’. Default value is comma ','.

  7. Click on ‘Import’.
