To perform bulk operations, go to 'Users' from the menu or home, and select the users for bulk operation. 

  • Approve pending user requests: Select 'Activity Status' as 'Pending' from the left side filters. Select the users to be approved and click on 'Approve'. 

  • Unlock user accounts: Select 'Activity Status' as 'Locked'. Select the users to be unlocked and click on 'Unlock'. 

  • Export user's records: Select users and click 'Export'.

  • New user will receive a notification for reset password

  • Click on the Reset Password tab → Enter the log in or mail detail in the screen loaded.

  • Click on the ‘Email Reset Password Link’ and a new mail will be received as mentioned below

  • Click on the 'Reset my Password' .Enter the login id and new details in the next page loaded → Click on reset password

  • System will display message of password reset successfully and the user can sig in again with new password.
