Introduction

You can use count-based queries to find out how many specimens or its related data meet a certain criteria. This helps with keeping track of your inventory, making reports, and doing other data work.

This wiki-page will show you how to make count-based queries in OpenSpecimen.

Creating Count-Based Queries

  1. Navigate to Query Module in OpenSpecimen.Once you have logged into OpenSpecimen, navigate to the 'Queries' module using the navigation menu.

  2. Create a new query, by clicking the 'Create' button. Alternatively, if you prefer to use a previously saved query, you can select one from the saved query list.

  3. Select couple of filters(criteria), and click on 'View Records' to view the results of the filters(criteria), we selected.
