  • The admins will receive an email notification.

  • Only a Super Admin can approve your user account, and assign roles and privileges.

  • Once approved or rejected, you will receive an email with the login information and how to set up the password.

Auto approval

In V9version 9.1 onwardsand beyond, the auto-approve user feature has been introduced. With this feature, This functionality allows users who have signed sign up can to be automatically approved with granted a predefined user role.

This is useful to provide access to feature is particularly beneficial for providing researcher users to give with access to catalogs.
