  1. There is no one way to get such feedback. We have 100s of customers; each customer has 100s of users. Everyone doesn't need to know everything.

  2. There is no automatic upgrade. When you We deploy the new release on the Test server , you are expected to so that you can test your use cases. You can share them with us; we will help with the testing.

  3. Consensus on such matters is difficult to achieve.

  4. No one wants to throw away something - like items hoarded in the loft or basement.
