  1. Use create specimens' BO template and specify lineage as 'Aliquot' and parent specimen label. Refer to Create specimen wiki page for more details.
  2. If you wish to dispose close the parent specimens after aliquots are created, then use the update specimen BO template and set the activity status as "Closed". Refer to XXX Update Specimens for more details.
