Issue: What does a virtual location for a specimen mean?
Solution: Assigning a specimen to a virtual location means that the specimen will not be entered into a physical location at the site.
A user might want to do this for the following reasons:
- The specimen has not yet arrived at the Bank.
- The specimen has arrived but will be consumed (by distributing, aliquoting, deriving) immediately and therefore it won't be banked.
In order to keep a record of the Parent Specimen, the one which was collected and consumed, a user can locate it 'virtually'.
