Quantity per Aliquot	Double	Yes if parent quantity not specified or number of aliquots not specified		If not specified, it divides the entire parent specimen available quantity into equal amounts amongst all the aliquots
Number of Aliquots	Integer	Yes if parent quantity not specified or quantity per aliquot not specified		When left blank the number of aliquots=(parent quantity/quantity per aliquots)
Container	String	No	Needs to be specified if the specimen is not virtually located	Container specified should be existing Suitable to hold the specimen (based on type and protocol) Should have available positions. The specimen gets stored at the next available position within the container
Start Row	String or Integer	No	Datatype depending on the row labelling scheme (Numbers, Alphabets Upper Case, Alphabet Lower Case, Roman Upper Case, Roman Lower Case)	Position within the container at which the specimen is to be stored. If left blank, system will allocate next available position.
Start Column	String or Integer	No	Datatype depending on the column labelling scheme (Numbers, Alphabets Upper Case, Alphabet Lower Case, Roman Upper Case, Roman Lower Case)
Start Position	Number	No	single number or linear position labels to identify slots within container for storing specimen
Created On	Date	No		Select the correct date format from UI based on the data in the file
Freeze/Thaw Cycles	Number	No	Freeze/Thaw Cycle of the aliquot
Increment Parent Freeze/Thaw Cycles	Number	No	Number by which parent freeze/thaw cycle is to be incremented
Close Parent	String	No	Options - Yes/No or true/false	Parent specimen should be in collected- collection status
