Catalog: Configurable Views

Catalog configuration allows users (admins) to choose the views of the Dashboard, Catalog, Cart, and Request they would like to expose to the researchers.

The following configurations are supported.

Dashboard only
Dashboard and Catalog
Dashboard and Request
Dashboard, Catalog, and Request
Dashboard, Catalog, Cart, and Request
Catalog only
Catalog and Request
Catalog, Cart, and Request
Request only

Steps to configure the views

Navigate to the Catalog add/edit page and ensure you see checkboxes to configure the access as below.

Dashboard	Dashboard
Catalog	Catalog (Column, Filters)	If you uncheck the ‘Catalog’ display option, the ‘Review Cart’ option also gets marked as unchecked by default.
Review Cart All default fields should be visible on the Catalog add/edit page. For default field information, refer to the Managing Catalogsarchived page.	Catalog, Column, Filters, Search option for columns and filters, add to cart on the selection of samples, cart.	If you check the ‘Review Cart’ option, the ‘Catalog’ and ‘Request Form’ checkboxes will be defaulted to check. If you uncheck the ‘Review Cart’ option, the ‘Catalog’ and ‘Request Form’ checkboxes will not get marked as unchecked by default. You will need to do it manually.
Request Form	Request Form The request looks like the one below, without any specimen details.	If you uncheck the ‘Request Form,’ display option, the ‘Review Cart’ also gets marked as unchecked by default.
Catalog and Request Form All default fields should be visible on the Catalog add/edit page. For default field information, refer to the Managing Catalogsarchived page.	Please submit a request for the Catalog, Column, Filters, and Search options for columns and filters.
