Introduction
In the OpenSpecimen, There are many users with different privileges and roles. In previous version, user was so tightly coupled with role and privileges. In OpenSpecimen, we will provide easy to use APIs to modify these users through user interface.

From v11.2, only authenticated users can list and retrieve user details via API.
Note: Any authenticated user can view any user's details. This is intentional because many places (e.g., collector, receiver) display the full user list in dropdowns regardless of user access.
