Send daily report for - List of participant registered yesterday

Some clinical trials require a daily summary report of all registered participants. This report is used for official documentation and future audits.

Because laboratory teams handle time-sensitive tasks daily—like Operating Room (OR) tissue collections, preparing FFPE sections, and shipping specimens—these daily numbers ensure everyone stays aligned.

Once generated, these reports are automatically emailed to key stakeholders, including: PI, Coordinators, and higher authorities

You can set up this report using the OpenSpecimen Query module by following these steps:

1. Go to the Query → Create

2. Select the CP or Group in the left-side filter

3. Click on “Calculated Filters” and add the expression below (screenshot)

4. Click on View Records → Action → Columns, select the columns, and save the query

5. Refer to this wiki page to schedule the query to run at daily, weekly, or monthly intervals.
