Searching forms

In the ‘Forms’ list page, the user is able to search the form based upon the following filters:

Form name
Collection Protocol to which the form has been attached
Level at which the form has been attached (e.g. Participant Forms, Registration Custom Fields, Specimen Custom Fields etc.)

This allows effective searching, as a user will be able to see all the forms attached to single/multiple protocols at a particular level. For instance, user needs a list of forms attached at ‘Registration Custom Fields’ level for specific protocols.
