Query to find unplanned specimens

Create a ‘New Query’.

Expand the ‘Collection Protocol’ section to add a collection protocol.

1. Collection Protocol >> Short Title Equals Demo Longitudinal Study

Expand the ‘Specimen’ section to add the following filter:

1. Specimen >> Requirement Code Not Exists

2. Specimen >> Lineage Equals New
   
   

   Open

   

Click on ‘View Records’ and select the columns as needed.

1. CP short title

2. Visit name

3. Specimen labels

Save query.
