Changing field type from stringTextField to checkbox is not allowed

When the REDCap form was first synced/created in OpenSpecimen, the field was created as Text. Later, it was updated to checkbox in REDCap. OpenSpecimen doesn’t allow changing of field types in a form, so the error is thrown.

Solution: Make the below change in the instrument on the REDCap side:

1. Revert the field to its original field

OR

2. Create a new dropdown field → Move the old data to this field → Delete the old field.
